Isabelle Raymond Letron

After her veterinary studies in Toulouse National Veterinary School (ENVT), she specialized in veterinary pathology (1995) and further underwent a pHD in human pathophysiology at Toulouse Paul Sabatier University (1999). She was recruited as an Assistant Professor in Histology and Pathology at the ENVT in 2000, obtained her HDR and has a full professor position since 2017. Surgical pathologist at the Veterinary Teaching Hospital for more than 25 years, she has been carrying out research activities for more than 10 years on mouse models of human cancers before joining the STROMALab research unit in 2015, a joint research unit dedicated to mesenchymal stem cells and regenerative medicine and now RESTORE institute (2021). She is head of the LabHPEC (Laboratory of Experimental and Comparative HistoPathology), part of ECellFrance national infrastructure, and the first academic histopathology laboratory GLP compliant (since 2017) performing regulatory safety studies for private and public sponsors, particularly in ATMP (Advance Therapy Medicinal Product) field.
