PhD - Ingénieur
Mathieu Vigneau obtained his PhD in Physiology from Caen University, in 2006. He’s a CNRS Research Engineer with a large expertise in biological multidimensional and multiscale image processing and database engineering. This includes the development of home-made workflows for automatic data analysis as well as user interfaces for image visualization and manipulation. The field of application of his developments covers photonic imaging (Light-sheet, High Content imaging), spectroscopic imaging (Raman) and biomedical imaging (MRI).
He’s the head of the data processing and Management CERT-facility at RESTORE, and aims to develop new tools for multimodal data manipulation and analysis in the context of tissue regeneration/rejuvenation.
