Alexis Coullomb

Post-Doc CNRS

Alexis Coullomb is a biophysicist interested in how cells interact with themselves and with their environnement, and how those interactions guide individual and collective behaviors. To do so he has developed methods in quantitative microscopy and light sheet fluorescence microscopy, protocols to perform 3D transcriptomics, and machine learning libraries to exploit the rich spatial omics data. He holds a PhD in physics and masters in Biophysics and Artificial Intelligence.
