Duha Alioglu

Duha Alioglu is a bioinformatics research engineer. Her work is focused on identifying genetic signatures of aging with the aid of single–cell transcriptomics. She studied Molecular Biology and Genetics at the Middle East Technical University, Ankara. She received her B.Sc. in 2015 and continued faculty of Biology at Hacettepe University, Ankara where she obtained her M.Sc. degree in 2018. Later, she received her Ph.D. degree in Anthropobiology and Genomics from the University of Toulouse III in 2022. Her research was about understanding the evolutionary history of past human populations that includes ancient DNA analyses of humans and horses.
