Noélie Davezac

Phd PR UT3

Noélie Davezac is a full  professor in molecular biology  from the University of Toulouse (France). After completing a thesis in molecular and cellular biology in Toulouse LBCMCP, a post doc in Necker hospital to study the pathogenesis of cystic fibrosis while searching for phenotype-modifying genes using proteomics approaches, she entered  Saclay University. In toulouse University with Pascale Belenguer’s team, she developed systems biology approaches to analyse the impact of oxidative metabolism in a model of neurodegenerative disease (dominant optic atrophy). Now, she developpes the creation of a digital twin of oxidative metabolism and explores applications of the impact of oxidative metabolism status in aging using mathematical modelling, systems biology and metabolism
