Selma Ben Hammamia-Ouni obtained a Master degree in Bioengineering in human health from Paul Sabatier University Toulouse III (France).She joined STROMALab as part of her master 2 internship in collaboration with the imaging platform at ITAV institute and with Pr Philippe Kémoun studying tissue engineering with 3D approaches using mesenchymal stromal cells for periodontal regeneration. In June 2021 she joined RESTORE institute in a collaborative project with LVMH Research concerning healthy ageing. She is studying human skin biopsies and cells obtained from from them. The main hypothesis is to determine the link between cell resistance to various challenges administered and frailty of individuals.
